CPI sells parts to many unique industries. Not all of CPI's customers are OEMs. One sector is aftermarket components to parts distributors serving the street and parking lot sweeper, mowing equipment, leaf collector, snow plow and refuse truck markets. If you look closely at this street sweeper, you will find a clear acrylic bubble window fabricated by CPI. Acrylic is 2-10 times stronger than double strength glass, half the weight of glass and shatter resistant. Acrylic is an excellent choice for avariety of industries, including: signage, store fixture, P.O.P. display, skylight, building/window, hobbycraft, lighting, and the automotive aftermarket.

CNC routed component
This featured product is a thermoformed plastic hard shell used for reducing the risk of head injury for special needs people. This customer required an item with a strong shell. Polyethylene was chosen. The holes that are CNC routed serve two purposes 1) weight reduction 2) ventilation. After this item leaves CPI, a shock absorbent foam liner and adjustable chin strap is added.

Thermoformed HDPE plastic
This featured product is a thermoformed HDPE plastic drip tree ring. It is also shown in its end use as an innovative watering system. The plastic tree ring provides targeted water penetration to the roots with no run off and is used by landscapers, nurseries and professional gardeners looking to boost survival rates and to keep their plants and trees healthy. This material was selected by our customer so that this item can be used season after season with a life expectancy of 3-10 years.
